Organic Ethiopian Sidamo - Roasted Coffee

Good coffee and price point

Your Ethiopian is good, but. . . I find it lacks some of the more fruity and floral notes that I have found in other brands. Your sidamo and yirgacheff seems like it should have more notes. It is pretty good asid, and the price is super competitive, so that's why I buy it because we drink a lot of coffee. Would love it more if it had more prominent notes

Exquisite Ethiopian light roast

Delicious coffee smooth and even. The care and quality is evident in the whole process from ordering to preparing and savoring a cup maintaining a nice connection with the soils, farmers, roasters, and all of involved along the way.

Brews a balanced cup but isn’t fully enjoyable

The Organic White Knight coffee is about what I expected from its product notes on the FRC website. However, I don’t think it’s a particularly stunning combination of flavors and smells and for that I give it 3 stars. It still beats any low quality coffee by a mile.
