Real Salt Fine 10 lb Bag

I love Redmond salt and I bought a 10 lb bag so I can save some bucks by signing up to auto shipping, unfortunately after I paid I saw a message that my next delivery will be in 6 months, and not immediately (5 or 10 days), so I selected the option to receive it now and, apparently generated 2 orders that shipped at the same time so I got charged for both of them. When I contacted them to inquire if I can return one bag I was told that I have to pay the shipping meaning I may have to pay $25 approx to ship the 20 lb pack to get my money back. No discount or coupon offered or shipping label to return the product or empathy so I'm stuck with 20 bags of salt for the next 3 years. You gotta fix how your web works when using a phone because nowhere I saw, after placing my order with auto ship that my first order was on its way or scheduled to be delivered in 5 or 10 days but it said February 2027, so I "clicked" on the option to be delivered now and apparently it was my fault.

The products are still amazing and the customer service I experienced on this order was so great. Another reason I’ve been a customer for 6+ years.

Love Redmond! Knowing I bought the 10lb bag, it’s obviously harder to store but NO regrets! My husband and I both carry Redmond salt with us everwhere we go and it’s such a great feeling knowing we have a good quality salt at all times.
