Somethings off...

I have ordered this coffee, the whole bean Sumatra "black satin" for sometime now. Typically the 5 pound bag, as price is better. Lately, since your roasting has moved to Colorado, I received something NOT Sumatra black satin, your rep said it sounded like a blend, by my description. He had another shipment sent. It is somewhat darker and somewhat more oily, but it isn't visually or taste wise what we re accustomed to. Perhaps it a different bean, or maybe the roast, I would suggest you have your quality folks take a look..
