Chocolate with fruit notes; very yummy

I brewed the sample as espresso. I got a lovely chocolately shot with fruit notes (my palate isn't sophisticated enough to go beyond that). One of the most delicious coffees I've brewed as espresso. I'm going back for pounds of it.

PNG coffee

I switched to Fresh Roasted Coffee after our local roastery discontinued PNG beans. I must say the FRC stuff is even more flavorful and full bodied than the one I used to drink. I find it perfect for making espresso without the bitter taste most dark roast beans produce. My subscription always comes on time; the coffee is always fresh. I would highly recommend both the company and the beans.
