The consistency of the powder was easy to stir-up and easily drinkable. The straw method always left a slight residue, which became a pasty reject.

I had to stop on the 8th day after 4 days of terrible diarrhea which started on the day 4. The taste was horrid for me - all I felt after two days is like I was eating pure sugar/glucose and nothing else, I was nauseated all the time

This elemental diet is very palatable. I’m on day 6 and I must say I’m already tired of both flavors. I do wish that there was a flavor that is less sweet and more savory if that is even doable. I’m going to stick with it in the hopes that it will bring me some relief.
