So far so good

I've been using this to supplement for breakfast and lunch to give my gut a rest during SIBO flare-up. It keeps me full and doesn't lead to bloating or gas. Very tasty as well.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this product but I have to say I am impressed. I ordered both the vanilla and chocolate flavor and I like them both.

Not what I needed

I came across this product while trying to research help for microscopic colitis. I tried it, but I really don't think it was any help. I ordered 2 canisters based on the recommendation on the website, but I've returned one of them. I bought the vanilla, and it was all I could do to get it down. It just was not the right treatment for me.
