Not what I needed

I came across this product while trying to research help for microscopic colitis. I tried it, but I really don't think it was any help. I ordered 2 canisters based on the recommendation on the website, but I've returned one of them. I bought the vanilla, and it was all I could do to get it down. It just was not the right treatment for me.

Delicious !!

I was worried I'd have a difficult time sticking to the 14 day course, but the chocolate shakes prepared with the MCT oil powder & some ice in a blender, was creamy & filling. I actually missed the shakes when I went back to solid food.

I’ve had a really good experience with Elemental Diet. It helped me a lot and, compared to many similar products, it actually tastes quite good. The only downside is that the shipping costs to Europe are pretty high. Still, overall a great product and definitely worth it for me.
