Tasteless and easy

This is truly tasteless. My cousin (a GI doc) and her colleagues all use it, so I tried it. It makes the drink a little more viscous but I put it in my coffee in the morning and can barely tell the difference - and honestly, that’s probably mostly in my head! Highly recommend.

Great fiber support

Was recommended to take this daily by my dietitian. Now my boyfriend is on it too! Mixes super easily into literally everything and has no flavor. I believe it has helped with gut regularity and cleanup and will continue to use it!

This stuff goes down pretty easy, blends well in water with my creatine and has made me quite regular. I’m about to reorder.
