The product came fast. I am unable to swallow the capsules, since they were getting stuck in my throat. Not usually a problem with a capsule this size. I even tried taking them on a spoon with applesauce, but still a “sticking to my throat issue”. I am now opening the capsules and putting the powder in cold applesauce.
