Works great for me in the morning

I’ve found that this works best for me at my first meal but not later in the day. I’ll keep up the protocol using this early. I want to recommend Dr. Ruscio’s book. It’s so readable and has so much information.

I think this product helps me if I have a heavy protein meal. I can’t take more than one, and I take it at the end of the meal.

I always take digestive enzymes when I eat due to my digestive issues. This seems to be working fine.
