This is a great combination of ingredients. In my case, I still have to take a substantial amount of magnesium. Thank you for your wonderful products.

Good fiber product

Added this fiber product to my morning shake a few days a week. Took a few days to figure the optimal amount for me. Definitely has made a difference with the frequency of my BMs. Highly recommend!

need better ideas of how to use

I was super excited to receive this product and share it with my dad. But when I tried some in water it tasted so awful I couldn't drink it. I wish I could think of ways to put it into some food -- but creating a better tasting product would have helped so much. At this point it's unusable to me. I'm ranking it 3 stars because I think the ingredients are simply amazing -- but it's usability is not, at least for me.
