Gut-Friendly Protein Powder

Scoop for scoop this is the most proteins I’ve seen in a plant based protein shake. It’s very gentle on my stomach; I don’t have cramps or gas or that feeling of being over filled. The taste of the vanilla is delicious and I add coffee to mine for that delicious taste is an iced coffee without the extra sugar.

Big fan of this protein powder! I ordered the vanilla flavor and was a bit nervous because I usually hate other vanilla flavored protein, but this was surprisingly okay! My main complaint is that it’s a bit grainy after shaking it up still. However, it’s really good on my stomach and that’s the most important thing! I have SIBO, but I don’t feel super bloated or gassy like I do with other protein powders after drinking this.

Not only do I drink a daily protein drink with my tongue love but I also make protein balls with them. This is my absolute favorite protein powder ever.
