Gut-Friendly Protein Powder

I have a lot of food intolerances - high FODMAP foods (even in "safe" serving sizes), raw foods, potatoes, capsaicin, etc., so I was worried I might not tolerate this product. However, I had no problems at all - amazing! It is grainy, but most protein powders are and this can reduced by diluting the product well. The vanilla powder has a strong vanilla flavor and it is quite sweet (would probably get chocolate next time). Diluting it well reduced the sweetness and vanilla flavor. Highly recommend for people with food intolerances who need a protein powder!

I usually prefer chocolate over vanilla, but this vanilla powder is really good. It tastes great on its own, or you can add mix-ins like fruit and yogurt. My favorite way to drink it is blended with cold coffee, ice and a splash of almond milk.

I'd given up trying protein powders. Each option caused stomach upset. But i saw a Tumlove ad and decided to try one more time. I'm so happy I did. My stomach loves Tumlove and I love the way I feel having more protein in my body. It's top shelf!
