MCT Oil Powder

A Helpful Supplement with my Elemental Heal

I added this MCT oil powder to my Elemental Heal shakes to add a bit more calories and energy, since I workout. I noticed that a little goes a long way: half a scoop actually increased urgency for me, so a sprinkle was enough to feel more filling while not throwing my guts off.

Review

I have using Elemental Heal for over a year and absolutely swear by it. I just recently started this product and am very pleased with the results and how I feel.

Worth trying

This product gave me quick results. Taste good. My problem is with communication. Would give a 5 star if their communication was better.
