Elk Bone-In Ribeye Steaks

Figure elk is a big animal the steaks are as big as a lamb chop

Amazing flavor

Elk is one of my favorite meats and Frontiere is quality. The ribeye is where it is at. Little SPG and finish with butter for a dynamite meal. I traditionally revers sear for a smokey kiss

It was really good. The size was pretty small for the price. Not sure i would buy again for the amount but it was still good meat.
