Chimichurri Beef Meat Sticks

Amazing product! So delicious!

Love the slabs, but not the Beef sticks.

The taste of the brisket is very good and subtle, even if they are a bit floppy. The beef sticks, I am not a fan of. They taste a bit off, maybe its the casing, but I don't like eating them after a few bites. Brisket is good and I could honestly wolf down the whole bag, love the bits of marbled fat that just melts with the meat.

Best Beef Sticks I've had!

I'm giving this a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 solely on the price. I know it's expensive to produce a quality product but at almost 4$ per stick, it's prohibitively expensive for most people. For someone who will eat 1-2 a day, that really adds up.
