I cut right into the Calabrian Chili salami. It is outstanding! The BEST Artisan salami I have ever purchased. I can’t wait to cut into the other salami I also purchased. I will be buying my Artisan Salami from Gastro Meats from this date forward! It’s high quality handmade salami!

Only have had time to comment on since I received it Tuesday. Took it to a party with a French baguette. I loved it as did the guests

When my grandfather immigrated...

When my grandfather immigrated to the U.S. in the early 20th century, he brought his town’s recipe for salami ( I guess each town had a distinct way of making their own). Your product comes extremely close from what I remember what his tasted like. And that’s a good thing!
