I am very pleased with my recent double order of the Jackson Hole Summer Meat Co.'s Summer Sausage Sampler packs. Prior reception communications was right on. Order came frozen in dry ice so one sausage was chosen for immediate thawing in refrigerator while other went to the freezer for later. I enjoy my sausage as a snack with cheese and bread or just by itself. I have been ordering various meats from Jackson Hole for a number of years now, buffalo, elk, and occasionally venison, and have always found the meat cuts savory and more nutritional than beef. an't wait to order something else from them soon.
