The best. Will be ordering more. Some of the less cost cuts sometimes need some TLC prep. Maybe I am doing something wrong.

a couple of them had a line of gristle running all through the center of them. Not as happy with this order as I have been with others in the past.

The fillets were very flavorful, if I could have changed anything, it would've been the thickness. Our first two were a little on the thin side. We thoroughly enjoyed them though.
