Cooked brisket

I didn’t realize the brisket was going to be cooked and sliced into (2) 1# packages as I expected a 2# piece of uncooked brisket that I could cook on my own...That being said the brisket was very well seasoned and we enjoyed it.

Service was good meet was excellent I will buy again

It was too dry and seemed to have little taste.
