Sourdough home

Best product ever. Love my sourdough homes I have 2 starters that live in them. Although thought the Romano is off just slightly it is still a wonderful product. Love them. I have 3 of them.

Saved my Starter!

I live in Hawaii, and really struggled with establishing and keeping starter. The hot, humid climate resulted in mold in the traditional way of starting a starter. I then tried a combo of day in fridge, night on counter. The temp variation was not kind. I finally broke down and bought this, amazing. I get my starter to where I think it should be, and put it in the home at 45 degrees. It keeps perfectly. Also great since I am a weekly baker.
