Delta 32K - Adjustable Kettlebell

I love the bell. My first adjustable. I selected this bell for quality and what they stood for. I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 due to two things. 1. Part of the handle was ruff and affected my grip. I ended up sanding it smooth, however the lite sanding took a little of the protection off. 2. Bottom of the bell has a high point in one area thus preventing it to sit on a flat service without slightly rocking back and forth.

Hephaestus Delta 32K Adjustable Kettlebells — A Fixed Bell Feel in an Adjustable Kettlebell I’ve owned and trained with several different adjustable competition kettlebells over the years, and the Hephaestus Delta 32K is in a completely different league when it comes to fit and finish. I bought my first pair of competition adjustable kettlebells during COVID. They worked, but the fit and finish left a lot to be desired. The next brand I purchased was a tremendous improvement, and I was very happy with them. Then I bought a pair of Hephaestus 40K Deltas. That’s when I realized just how good an adjustable kettlebell could actually be. So when Hephaestus released the 32K, I knew I wanted to replace my old pair with them. I’m very glad I did. The Delta 32K is essentially the same excellent concept as the other adjustable bells, but the execution is exceptional. The casting is clean, the attention to detail is obvious, and the handles are beautifully smooth. There is absolutely no rattling or movement. Once assembled, they feel like fixed competition kettlebells. I use my pair for both ballistics and grinds, and they perform beautifully for both. They feel solid and predictable in the hand, and I never have that feeling that I’m using an adjustable implement rather than a real kettlebell. The versatility is also hard to beat. With 3d printed bases, each 32K can be adjusted all the way down to 8 kg. A pair of these essentially gives me an entire kettlebell gym in a very small footprint. For someone who wants the training possibilities of a large collection of kettlebells without actually owning a large collection of kettlebells, that’s an incredible advantage. My 32Ks now complement my Hephaestus 40K pair, and together they give me an enormous range of training options. I’ve also purchased quite a bit of other equipment from Hephaestus, including clubs and my 40K Deltas. Their equipment is, without question, the best I’ve owned. I’ve even had the opportunity to see firsthand how they handle problems. During one particularly bad round of storms, a shipment arrived with the packaging absolutely destroyed. Two clubs were actually lost in shipping. Hephaestus sent replacements immediately and without question, while the equipment that did arrive was completely undamaged. That told me as much about the company as the quality of the equipment itself. I’ve also had the privilege of meeting Fahad several times at Mark Wildman’s events. He’s an exceptionally kind person, but he’s also an incredible resource. It’s clear that he and the Hephaestus team aren’t simply trying to make another piece of fitness equipment. They have a genuine vision of making the best equipment they possibly can, and after using their products for years, I believe they’ve succeeded. The Delta 32K is exactly why I keep coming back to Hephaestus. I started with adjustable kettlebells because of their versatility and practicality. I keep buying Hephaestus because their equipment doesn’t feel like a compromise. I’m a proud Hephaestus customer, and I expect to be one for life.

This is exactly what I anticipated. The adjustable weight adds value to the purchase. Once I am ready, another kettlebell will be ordered for 2 x kettlebell exercises.
