Bells of Steel Training App

The training videos are great!

It's a good App. I purchased the Training App to get some ideas on how to better use my Oblivion Tower I purchased about 7 weeks ago. What I like about the App is there are exercises tailored to the BOS equipment, but still work with other brands, too. The App also has kettlebell training that I'm really getting into because I've never really got into kettlebell work until this App. The BOS folks activley solicit input from users on how to make the App experience better. I connect my phone to a smart TV in my garage to make the App viewing a little easier.
