The Lentil Hub Meadow Mix was the first mix I tried, and I can honestly say that I was amazed by the genius of the spice choices and ease of preparation. A simple addition of vegetables with these mixes creates a hearty, delicious meal, and leftovers are just as delicious. I'm hooked!

I love the Meadow Mix lentils! Very flavorful. Spices were just right. It was so easy to make. Add tomatoes and water and 20 minutes later you have a great meal.
