Trinity Mix

I’ve made two different meals. One a cold salad ,to which I added chopped kale and garden veggies. The other was a hot soupy dish with added potato, carrots and chicken. Both were delicious! My husband isn’t generally a lentil lover, but he enjoyed these meals!
