The flavor is real good. The level of saltiness has grown on me. At first, I thought maybe it could have more saltiness. I’ve changed my mind on that. The purer the food we eat, the better we’ll feel. These brisket slabs are an excellent example of pure food.

Great product. I was a bit Leary that it had no seasoning which I usually prefer, but it's definitely not needed. Wonderful meat flavor, texture, and the fat sections are devine.

Beef Brisket Slabs are a Hit

I tried the brisket slabs yesterday for the first and absolutely love them. They fill me up and knowing that is real protein with zero junk is a win-win. Also i tried heating a couple of slabs in my little oven and it worked out great making them a little crunchy.
