Hero Croissant

Surprisingly good!

I didn’t have high expectations for the croissants that were plastic wrapped. The several minutes in the oven brought these croissants to patesserie-grade goodness. They were exactly like how I love croissants to be: crispy on the outside and soft and buttery in the inside. They’re a bit expensive but totally worth it for the amazing 2g Net Carbs.

Croissants Are Back on the Menu

I follow a lower carb diet and thought my days of enjoying croissants were long gone. But these are flaky, taste incredible, have perfect texture, and don't wreck my macros. It's an absolute game-changer to have croissants back on the menu. Highly recommend!

We have been so fortunate to visit France and French Caribbean islands where we learned what a fabulous flaky croissant should taste like. Quite simply: you NAILED IT HERO! We fix Monte Cristo croissants with turkey,cheeses and French mustards with a touch of French Bonne Maman “mixed berries preserves”. These CANNOT be beat!
