Really Delicious
I have to admit, I tweaked this a bit. I used bone broth, rather than water, to boost the protein (and in fact, the bone broth I used was infused with ginger and turmeric). I added about eight times as many veggies -- sauteed onions, mustard greens, spinach, and sweet potatoes -- as the recipe suggested, and I cooked it for about four times as long. The result is a VERY tasty and very healthy....porridge, and I mean that in the best possible way. I like porridge. I'm going to eat it with a splodge of yogurt and maybe some fresh pea shoots, and this is going to be a great dinner.

This is delicious! I’ve made lentils a few times and it’s been tedious and unexciting.This is a totally new experience! It has all the flavors you’d want, and it has texture. I always thought lentils were kind of bland and boring and never thought about adding stuff to it. Just had three new jars delivered.

These are superb, no effort is needed I always cook the entire jar them I will freeze 😋 them amd take out as needed. I love these I do wish the cost was a little less.
