Good Knife
Liking the new knife.
My only knock is that while received quite sharp, the knife edge wasn't evenly sharpened. It had a rough area in the center of the blade and the level of sharpness wasn't quite up to MAC's usual excellence.
That being said, with my sharpener and several minutes, I was able to refinish the entire length of the blade to better than razor sharp.
Not it cuts like a dream come true.
The knife is light, flexible and agile. Works perfectly on vegetables, fruit and even proteins. The finish is excellent.
All-in-all, it's what a Nakiri should be. I'm just a bit surprised that MAC's quality control missed part of the cutting edge when inspecting the blade.

I love this knife for cutting veggies.
I like how nimble it is to use on veggies. It's lightweight, well balanced and a joy to use.
