Exceeds Expectations

Short Version - Great product with a satisfying "thunk" with each cut. Knives don't grab and there is just something to the "feel" when cutting that is very satisfying compared to wood and especially the budget plastic boards that we have all collected over the years. It has cleaned up easily for me and the fact that it is dishwasher safe was the last factor for my purchase as I don't have a huge sink and often cut proteins on the board. These factors make it worth the price. Finally, communication from Tokushu is the best and they reached out to me to clarify another part of my order by sending me pictures of the actual products. Above and beyond expectations. Great cutting board and great company to support!

Buying quality Hasegawa saved me money

I'm 81 years old and spend hundreds of dollars often having my Wusthof and Shun knives sharpened because I didn't realize there was Pro-Soft cutting board available. In just a few weeks I can see the difference it makes in preserving a razor sharp edge that's required for the hobby Asian cooking I do. In addition, a shipping problem occurred that was going to make delivery late for special event and they shipped replacement order overnight. My next order will be a pair of their knives for myself and son's family.
