This knife is an absolute stunner out of the box and magnificently sharp. Great for slicing and chopping an extremely broad amount of foods. Blade seems to be standing up well to hard everyday work in a busy kitchen environment. Coming with instructions on how to polish the brass rivets as well is a plus. The handle is solid and has a lovely weight to it, giving more precision on your board. Can't love it enough and already saving up for several complimentary Wusthof knives for career.

Excellent Knife

I really needed to upgrade my knives and so glad I decided to try Wustof! I just wish I purchased everything at the same time to use the initial discount😜. I love that sone of the knives come in colors pink is my fave so far. I went back and got the 9in, parer and bread knives along with a new sharpener, poultry shears and regular scissors. My new go to brand

A gift thar keeps giving
