I bought this knife while on sale, and it is the best knife I have so far. It is thin behind the edge, but it gets thicker closer to the spine which makes it pretty sturdy. The fit and finish is much better than I expected. The hammered texture is nice. That, combined with the polished texture of the lower portion of the blade, gives you a beautiful knife. The spine and choil are rounded and polished. I have other knives that are more expensive than this, but this one was sharpest out of the box and had the best fit and finish. This knife is a must for all collectors, especially those on a budget.

Great knife

This is my first top end knife. I have a block set with a number of knives that just don’t stay sharp very long. I purchased this one hoping to have a life long knife that I could keep sharp. So far it looks promising as it has stayed sharp after a couple of uses.

Great Knife

This is a fantastic knife. I love the stainless steel for bit more ease of use along with the flatter cutting edge profile since I am primarily a push chopper. The polished choil area is great for a pinch grip.
