Enso HD 5.5" Prep Knife

Great knife particularly for bigger items like onions and the apple apples.

I recently received my knife and I am really happy with it. I use it all the time rather than my older pairing knifes. And I feel good in the hand, cuts, beautifully, and is elegant besides. I recommended highly.

Great Prep Knife!

This is my first Enso and I am very impressed with the build quality. The handle feels great in the hand and the blade is very sharp right out of the box. It makes chopping veggies very fun! Hard to believe this is a sub $100 VG10 knife! Beautiful tool for sure.
