This beauty is a beast!
I have two Enso siblings of this knife, a Hizashi Bunka and Ko Bunka. The look and feel of these knives are gorgeous with their blond handles and hammered polished finish. Incredibly sharp, but still a workhorse in your knife stable. You don’t need to baby this knife like a Prima Donna blade. It feels substantial and has great feel.
I wanted a chef knife to go with the Bunkas and this one delivers!
You can’t go wrong with Enso.
