My wife wanted a good pair of kitchen scissors. The pair she had was retail store quality, I wanted her to have a pair of professional quality scissors. So I researched what the pros use. The name Wusthof came up over and over. So I ordered these, there is no comparison. These are the best scissors I have ever used. They are super sharp, cut easily. They have a very good feel in your hand. They cost a little more, but are well worth the investment.
