So far no complaints. The finish on the wooden handles are nice and the knife is very sharp.

My dream knife!
I can’t imagine doing business with a more reputable and professional company than Wusthof. I was sad to see the life of my 60 year old chef’s knife come to an end- but my new 7” Icon Hollow Edge is my dream knife and at my age I welcome the lighter more manageable weight.
