Two-Stage Hand-Held Knife Sharpener

Sharpener still in question

To date, I’m not have any success keeping my new Wusthof 8” classic chef’s knife sharp at all. If anything, It feels like it had dulled it. I have been a sculptor/carver and have other sharping devices that keep my chisels razor sharp along with a power wet wheel sharpener/honer for my knives. I thought this hand tool would be more convenient and close to where I prep for cooking. I even looked up video tutorials ! I am no where close to how sharp the knife should be as illustrated, slicing paper etc. (which I can do with my chisels btw). I haven’t giving up yet and will keep trying the Wusthof hand held tool.

I have had similar ones that cost much less. It's a bit overpriced
