This is a great way to sharpen your knives in the kitchen. Easy to use and a great blade afterward to make cooking a breeze in the kitchen.

The knife sharpener removes metal very well and sides in sharpening, but, I am used to using a twelve inch and a fourteen inch steal for honing the edge an my knives and the short ten inch is hard to get used to, especially for long knives. I wish it was offered in a larger length.
