High quality and stylish
This knife was an addition to my other Wusthoff Santoku Knife. Both are what Inuse for almost everything unless I need a long skinny blade. I like the smaller handle on this knife a little better than the standard and I love the look.

Santoku Performance
Knife cuts anything like butter and the weight and balance is flawless. Very comfortable to hold and the blade is incredibly sharp. Love this knife and can’t wait to get a few more from the performance series.
