Classis Ikon 8 inch chef knife

I used a Classic 8 inch chef knife for 20 years and then bought a new Ikon 8 inch chef knife. I was a little worried about the change that the new knife would not have that commanding feel in the hand. After 10+ days of use I love it and don't miss the extra weight and I like the lack of bolster that makes sharpening a little trickier.

Great knives

Love the way these knives cut and feel. Definitely a good investment.

Packaging

I bought this as a gift and while I am confident in the quality of the knives, I was hoping that the packaging of the actual products would be nicer - reflecting the quality (and cost) of the knives.
