The Middle Man (16”x20”, 1/4”)

A beautiful steel. Best pizza so far. Much better than my stone. I seasoned it 3 times before my first use and there was no sticking at all. Cleaned up great. A quality product!

The steel is nicely finished. It isn’t too heavy to move in and out of the oven. Easy to load and take off pizzas. Definitely transfers more heat onto the pizza than from a stone. Makes a nice pizza.

Bought this a few months ago and finally got around to using today. My husband and I are blown away! Best pizza we have ever made by far!
