I’ve started making my own gluten free bread and the recipe recommends using a baking steel or pizza stone for best results. Well let’s just say my results without the steel were less than stellar. But with it, I can bake bakery quality bread at home. It’s worth every penny. I just wish I had purchased it sooner.

As far as chunks of steel goes, I believe this one makes the best pizza. I've made 4 Pizzas on it and they all turned out perfectly.
