This is the second pastry board we have purchased. I have one on either side of our kitchen sink to protect our counter working area. Absolutely perfect! You guys are the best. I bought the baking board, for when my grandchildren come over. I work with them, showing how measure the flour, butter or crisco, sugar, salt, etc;. This usually take up most of the day. Then we bake. I love the pastry board. I have a wooden one my father made for my mother. It is over 80 years old. This stainless steel board fits on my island perfectly. The rolling on the board is easy.
