Anodized Aluminum Perforated Peel

Great peel, lightweight and built to last!

I found Atlas through Google. I was looking for a Canadian option for some pizza oven accessories. I completely forgot there was a Canada Post strike, but they shipped them to me and I received them very quickly. The metal peel works like a hot dang! The pizzas slide off effortlessly. The best part was it was WAY cheaper in price than other peels I had looked at! I definitely recommend this model and I also got the wood peel and it’s awesome too.

I have only used it twice so far. First time didn’t go well with the pizza oven. My crust had too much moisture. We’re still learning, so I am absolutely not blaming the peel. It’s light weight and excellent quality. Do you have a crust recipe to share? That would be great.
