I like the fact these ramen are better for you. They seem a little bit dry after cooking but not enough to cause a problem. I love adding the toppings (that you sell in the bag - yum!) and a few other seasonings that I like. I have enjoyed them a lot!

I was not willing to pick one flavor, so the Variety Vol. 1 package was ideal for me. I've found that I like all the flavors, so continue to have a subscription so I don't have to worry about running out. IMMI Ramen is perfect for vegetarians looking to include protein and fewer carbs in their meal. I especially like it for lunch as it's quick, tasty and nutritious.
