I love this product! Not only does it save me time on weeknights when cooking a full meal or a soup from scratch would take too long or too much effort, but you know you are eating well and it is delicious!
My favorite: the Spicy Red Miso! But honestly, the broths all have a deep, rich and complex taste. Well done Immi!

Love the new texture of the noodles. The flavor of the sauce mix seems, mmmm, brighter than my last batch from 2 months ago. Keep up the good work.
PS: I am gluten sensitive and would appreciate a noodle made from rice.
