Awesome. Like little bonus noodles.
I pretty much expected these to be little cubes but instead they unroll like a ribbon. Much better than a chunk of tofu. They keep a good texture and don't get all soft and mushy like just a cube would. It's great to add to any ramen.

Tasty and kinda chewy. The flavor was surprisingly strong to me (however my taster has been a bit off lately). I haven’t decided if I will want to order again
