Fried Shallot Beef Mix

Great beef

I cook the toppings with the noodles in the microwave for 6-7min. The beef has umami and is a bit chewy but still tender. The other veggies are fresh tasting too.

Mushrooms add great flavor and awesome texture to ramen, hot sauce is perfect spice level, the eggs grow quite a bit and are super fluffy. The price is worth it in my opinion and i dont want to eat ramen any other way now

I love it I love the toppings I like the protein Ramen I bought three different kinds of mushrooms the Enoki the white ones and the shiitake and the fried shallot mix toppings are good and I also like the garlic mix it has eggs in it which is great and I will definitely be purchasing this every month thank you
