I trust the ingredient list on every Outwork Nutrition product label. In Layne We Trust. I'm willing to pay a premium in the grocery store for quality food and I apply the same logic to supplements like protein shakes and creatine. My next purchase will likely be one of the pre-workout mixes. My growth and overall energy has increased drastically over the last year and a half, and Outwork Nutrition played a role in that. I'm 39 at the time of this post, 2 kids, wife, full-time job and I'm in the gym 5-6 weekly. I feel better than I did at 29 and I have no plans to derail this lifestyle change or my source of supplements going forward. Get after it. PS- My only gripe is that the flavorless creatine has cherry extract, which is in fact, not flavorless and coincidentally, does not go well with a morning coffee. But again... in Layne we trust. Add some mocha or *mild* cinnamon flavored creatine or something to the lineup and I'll buy that too.
