It’s been almost 3 weeks and while i do like that i dont bloat up like I did on a different creatine i do not notice any other benefits. I definitley do not have more energy like i did with the puff up creatine. I felt less of an appetitie the first week but don’t notice that anymore. Not sure if i would buy again for the price.

I am absolutely loving this product! I definitely feel stronger and more confident in my workouts. I’m feeling better with my recovery time and energy too.
