Inbelieve this helps my nails be rock hard, and I am unsure if it helps bones or anything, but I enjoy the creaminess it provides my coffee, so Ill continue to order.

There is a slight taste but I can tolerate it I only mix it with water. I feel if I mix it with juice or something it might lower its potency. But it does mix completely with no clumping

I've been on this for 2 months, my hair and nails are growing so fast & strong. I got it for my skin tho and haven't seen a lot of change.
