Loam is incredibly easy to incorporate into my day, every day. I mostly pop it into overnight oats but have also used it in baked oats and drunk it simply dissolved in water.

Loam is a product that seamlessly integrates into my morning routine. One scoop into my Americano a quick stir and on my way. No sediment, no chunks, no taste, no change in coffee consistency. I will continue to purchase. Being on a GLP1 there were some constipation issues a day or two after taking the medication. This is no longer an issue. I am unsure of other claimed benefits at this time but it has only been a couple of weeks. I will take the regularity as a win, especially with how Loam integrates into my day.

Trialing

I learned a lot from Dr Karen about diet and u have changed the way I eat so that’s a definite plus. First time trying this, biggest negative is cost, delivery is as much as the product which makes it expensive. However since taking it is helping. Would i buy again? Not sure yet.
